Meeting Management Frameworks

The APREF Meeting Framework

Meetings do not have to be a waste of time. In fact, it is possible to run productive and successful meetings.

Meetings bring people together to work towards a common purpose. They help a group perform beyond the potential of the individual members and result in better decisions, a stronger commitment to outcomes, and improved creativity.

Well-run meetings can be beneficial ways to communicate information or make decisions that require input from multiple people

However, poorly-run meetings can be ineffective and wasteful, resulting in poor decisions, and reflect negatively on you and your organization.

But the problem isn’t usually the meetings themselves.

Rather, it is that we need to learn how to organize and run better meetings.

A key way to avoid meeting failures is by following a “Meeting Framework”, which is a “blueprint” to help ensure meetings are planned, organized, and executed in an efficient and productive manner.

In the new eBook, “Planning and Running a Succesful Meeting PLUS Bonuses” the “APERF” Meeting Framework will be used to help organize “APERFect Meeting”.
